Tim Kingsley, a seasoned expert in crisis and security management, has over three decades of experience in senior leadership roles. As a volunteer first responder during 9/11, Tim brings firsthand knowledge of handling complex incidents and human trauma. He holds a degree from the University of Minnesota and certifications in emergency management, proactive security techniques, and threat assessment. Tim is also a qualified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and a certified domestic violence and sexual assault counselor. He proudly serves on the Minnesota Crisis Intervention Team Board of Directors.

As the Vice President of Client Engagement at Kingwood Security Consulting, Tim plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's strategic expansion and increasing agency revenues across multiple accounts and disciplines. He is a highly collaborative leader, working closely with key clients and senior internal team members. Tim is committed to building strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor by providing meaningful counsel, effective solutions, and delivering value in tune with evolving client needs.

Outside of his professional life, Tim is an ordained minister in the Episcopal Church, serving as the Cathedral Canon Pastor and a Public Safety and Maritime Chaplain.
