Senior Advisor of Intelligence Services with an emphasis on criminal intelligence. Jarret is a specialist on global terrorism and retains a formal advisory role with the U.S. national intelligence community, consulting on counterterrorism related issues. He directed a security intelligence program at North Dakota State University in his hometown of Fargo, ND., and in that role, Jarret trained thousands of law enforcement professionals, first responders, and court personnel around the country on physical security and counterterrorism matters.
He was previously the founding director of research for the Combating Terrorism Center at the U.S. Military Academy – West Point and a Graduate Fellow with the CIA’s Counterterrorist Center.
