Simon Osamoh, Founder & Director

Founder of Kingswood Security Consulting and the Worship Security Association (WSA). He is a recognized organized crime, terrorism and faith security specialist, Simon spent 14 years as a Detective in England working serious and organized crime. In 2006 he worked with the British security services into the Investigation of the “liquid bomb terrorism plot” against the U.S, which changed aviation security worldwide. He is a former Security Manager at Mall of America, Minnesota where he oversaw counterterrorism and the internationally-recognized behavior detection program. The author of the upcoming book 7 steps to protect your faith community, former Vice President for the FBI Minneapolis Citizens Academy Alumni Association, former program chair of InfraGard Minnesota. He holds an Individualized B.A focused on British American criminal justice and is a member of Westwood Community Church in Excelsior Minnesota, where he also serves as security advisor.

James Densley Ph.D., Senior Advisor, Research and Evaluation 

Senior security advisor to both the Worship Security Association and Kingswood Security Consulting, with an emphasis on research and evaluation. He is an associate professor of criminal justice at Metropolitan State University and co-founder of The Violence Project LLC. He has received local, national, and international media attention for his work on street gangs, criminal networks, violence, and policing. Densley is the author of Minnesota’s Criminal Justice System (Carolina Academic Press, 2016), the award-winning How Gangs Work (Palgrave Macmillan, 2013), He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Associate of the Extra-Legal Governance Institute at the University of Oxford, where he earned his Ph.D. in sociology. Densley is a recognized speaker on crime trends at places of worship and for his research into deadly force incidents across America.

Jarret Brachman Ph.D., Director of Intelligence 

Director of Intelligence Services to both the Worship Security Association and Kingswood Security Consulting, with an emphasis on criminal intelligence. He is a specialist on global terrorism and violent extremism. He directs the Global Threat Intelligence program at Wells Fargo, leading a team of intelligence analysts in strategic threat forecasting and operational support for the bank. Brachman also retains a formal advisory role with the U.S. national intelligence community, consulting on counterterrorism related issues. Prior to Wells Fargo, Brachman directed a security intelligence program at North Dakota State University in his hometown of Fargo, ND. In that role, Brachman trained thousands of law enforcement professionals, first responders, and court personnel around the country on physical security and counterterrorism matters. Brachman was previously the founding director of research for the Combating Terrorism Center at the U.S. Military Academy – West Point and a Graduate Fellow with the CIA’s Counterterrorist Center. He is a recognized speaker on deadly force incidents at places of worship where he focuses on understanding the mind of the attacker.

Tim Kingsley, Senior Advisor and Presenter

Senior Advisor to Kingswood Security Consulting and Associate Vice President of Operations Government Affairs for American Security. Tim has spent the last 25 years in safety and security management. Before American Security, he was a Senior Security Director for a New York based company in downtown New York City and acted as a volunteer first responder to the World Trade Centre Towers and in the months, that followed.

Tim has continued his passion for a holistic understanding of crisis preparedness and emergency management when he returned to the Twin Cities. Most notably, he is Deputy Director of the Minnesota Chapters operational arm of InfraGard (P2Cat). Designed and implemented in the State of Minnesota’s pre-convention planning for the 2008 Republican National Convention. He has as an active seat in the Minnesota State Emergency Operation Center for management of private sector assets/resources during state and federal emergencies.

Tim holds a B.A in Political Science from University of Minnesota and is certified as a Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Counselor. He is a reverend in the Episcopal church in Minnesota and member of St Mark’s Cathedral.

Craig Dischinger, Associate and Senior Consultant

Craig A Dischinger is an associate and Senior Consultant. A 20-year security industry veteran, spent 15 years at Target Corporation where he specialized in the areas of physical security, corporate security, investigations and loss prevention.

He is a recognized security operator within the Executive Protection field, providing a wide range of personal security services for top level fortune 30 executives, celebrities, and VIPs in both domestic and international locations around the world. A military veteran who served over 8 years with the U.S. Army National Guard supporting state and federal active duty missions deployed in support of Operation Enduring, Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism.

His call to church security ministry came through his faith as a Christian. Utilizing his expertise in physical security and risk assessments to educate administrators, church leaders and security teams in how to protect people at places of worship.

Craig is a former board member of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association, and former committee member of InfraGard, a public-private partnership between U.S. businesses and the FBI. He holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and undergraduate degree in Psychology with emphasis in Criminal Justice
