Security Conversation Management

We teach how to approach a person displaying suspicious behavior and a conduct “conversational interview” from a position of grace and community. The methodology and principles behind effective conversational interviewing through the understanding of questioning and body language, during the module participants use practical exercises and videos to understand different questioning styles. 

We learn the interpretation of nonverbal communication and how tone of voice plays an important role in understanding deception to help determine threat or no threat.  Once these have been mastered we prepare for scenario training to conduct a conversational interview on a role player. This class is a highly interactive teaching and empowers people to be confident in approaching suspicious behavior.
