Simon Osamoh, Founder & Director

A recognized counterterrorism and organized crime expert having spent 14 years with Thames Valley Police in England as a Detective working on serious and organized crime. His notable cases include the investigation of the “liquid bomb terrorism plot” against the U.S.A in 2006 that changed aviation security worldwide, limiting the use of liquids on planes creating the 3-1-1 rule. Another notable case is the investigation into animal rights extremism, Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruelty (SHAC). An international extremist organization designated by the FBI as a domestic terrorism group, SHAC staged an overt and covert campaign against Huntington Life Science(HLS), Europe’s largest animal testing laboratory by the use of extortion, harassment and violence in an attempt to stop HLS testing on animals.

In 2011 having immigrated to the United States Simon became the Security Manager responsible for counterterrorism at Mall of America, North America’s largest shopping and entertainment complex, visited by 42 million people annually. His roles focused on terrorism prevention and overseeing the behavior detection unit, a covert security team highly skilled in using behavior analysis to identify suspicious activity, and the intelligence and explosive detection K9 departments. When conducting outreach on suspicious behavior to a church facility in 2012, Simon combined his faith in Christianity and security, and now works closely with Christian faith churches helping them understand the threats they face providing affordable security consultancy, risk assessments, security training and implementing church safety programs.

A recognized public speaker and lecturer, his subject matter expertise includes terrorism, organized crime and violence in places of worship. Simon has lectured at colleges such as University of Minnesota, University of St Thomas and presented at meetings held by the FBI and County Sheriff’s departments on terrorism and suspicious activity.

He holds an Individualized B.A degree with the focus of British American Criminal Justice and serves on the board of directors for the FBI Minneapolis Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBIMCAAA) as Vice President and is committee board member of Infragard Minnesota, a partnership between the FBI and private sector.

Craig A Dischinger, Associate & Senior Consultant

A 20 year security industry veteran, spent 15 years at a Minneapolis based fortune 500 company where he specialized in the areas of physical security, corporate security, investigations and loss prevention. His passion for security has provided him the opportunity to design and implement cutting edge security programs and technologies to assist clients become more efficient in an expanding global business environment.

Craig is a recognized security operator within the Executive Protection field, providing a wide range of personal security services for top level fortune 30 executives, celebrities, and VIPs in both domestic and international locations around the world. A military veteran who served over 8 years with the U.S. Army National Guard supporting state and federal active duty missions deployed in support of Operation Enduring, Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism.

His call to church security ministry came through his faith as a Christian. Utilizing his expertise in physical security and risk assessments to educate administrators, church leaders and security teams in how to protect people at places of worship. Actively involved in his own church as a percussionist and leading small groups and youth group ministry.

Craig serves on the board of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association, and former committee member of InfraGard, a public-private partnership between U.S. businesses and the FBI. He holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and undergraduate degree in Psychology with emphasis in Criminal Justice

Brett Lawler, Associate & Senior Consultant

A full time security consultant for one of the largest public utility companies in the United States, Police Officer and training instructor for a Twin Cities law enforcement agency specializes in risk assessments and security audits.

Brett is a former security supervisor at Mall of America, Minnesota. America’s largest retail and entertainment complex. In this role he was responsible for all aspects of officer training for a security department with over 100 officers. The role focused on criminal and state statues, defensive tactics, counter terrorism, behavior detection, crisis intervention and communication.

He serves on the program committee of InfraGard, a public-private partnership between U.S. businesses and the FBI. Brett graduated from University of St. Thomas in Minnesota with a B.A in Criminal Justice and Sociology and is a graduate of the Minnesota State Law Enforcement Training program.
